Page 1 of 2 - Mod Organizer Not Loading Mods - posted in Skyrim Mod Troubleshooting: Due to having problems with NMM messing up my game I decided to switch over to Mod Organizer. I uninstalled and reinstalled Skyrim, Steam, Boss, and NMM. I installed MO and got it working. I download all my mods to MO, I run Boss and organize my mods and then launch the SKSE from MO. Now open MO2 and click the 2nd button up top on the left "Install a mod from another Archive" and find that Data folder we zipped "SKSE64" and install it then tick the box. Click on the Gears symbol on the top bar (blue and green) and Mod Organizer 2 should've seen, installed, and done the work for you by adding it as an executable. Mod Organizer 2 is a mod manager created by Tannin to support 64bit games like Skyrim Special Edition and Fallout 4 in addition to all the 32bit games MO1 already supported. It will place MO folder there and must be there unless skyrim is set up in another drive or folder. Why Mod Organizer 2 doesn't install the mods? PC Classic - Help Like the title said, i can't understand why Mod Organizer 2, when i install a mod (archive or BAIN doesn't matter), the mods file are not installed in game directory but in a "mods" folder. So, I've got an issue where I can't get MO2 to download anything via manager. If I try to use the "Mod Manager Download" button on any mod, I'll get a prompt asking me to associate MO with Nexus links, and if I click Yes on it, it'll tell me there's no handler found.
